Every Titan Cookwares product is backed by a 25-year warranty against manufacturing defects. We build our pans to last a lifetime, and we stand behind them for decades — not just the first few years.

What's Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or construction
  • Structural failure under normal cooking use
  • Issues with the product's integrity that affect performance

What's Not Covered

  • Damage from misuse, abuse, or negligence
  • Damage from dropping or impact
  • Warping from thermal shock (plunging a hot pan into cold water)
  • Cosmetic marks from metal utensils (these do not affect performance)
  • Normal wear and patina development

How to Make a Claim

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at support@titancookwares.com with the following information:

  1. Your order number or proof of purchase
  2. A description of the issue
  3. Photos of the defect if visible

We will review your claim and, if the issue is covered, arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer. It does not affect your legal rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
