Returns Policy
We want you to be confident in your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your Titan Cookwares purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
Return Conditions
- •Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
- •Items should be in their original condition and packaging where possible
- •The item should be cleaned before returning
- •Proof of purchase (order number) is required
How to Return an Item
- Contact us at support@titancookwares.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will provide a return address and instructions.
- Pack the item securely with all original packaging where possible.
- Ship the item to the provided return address.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. For manufacturing defects covered under our warranty, please see our warranty page.
This returns policy is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer and does not affect your legal rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
